Spiritual Care Across the Spiritual Spectrum
Why Spiritual Care?
Spiritual care is one of the most impactful ways we can grapple with our meaning and come to understand how to make our way in an increasingly fractured world. I believe you are the ultimate the expert of your life, and as a Spiritual Facilitator (sometimes referred as a Spiritual Director or Spiritual Companion), I use a trauma-informed, non-directive, evocative method of deep listening and questioning. I follow your lead as we enter together into a space of contemplative conversation and an exploration of the mystery of the sacred.
What is the Spiritual Spectrum?
Americans are increasingly diverse in their religious and spiritual beliefs. For me, the spiritual spectrum ranges from people affiliated with religious institutions to those who draw on a multiplicity of spiritual beliefs, to those with no beliefs at all.
